SATAYO Community

General info

The SATAYO Community was created as an exclusive virtual space dedicated to SATAYO customers and users. You can find more information about at SATAYO Community official website.

Purposes

The SATAYO Community has the following objectives:

  • promote the controlled sharing of security information;

  • create a peer-to-peer support network;

  • increase early warning capabilities for emerging attack campaigns;

  • enhance those who actively contribute to collective growth.

The SATAYO Community is an operational context for collaborative threat intelligence, based on trust, clear rules, and concrete benefits.

Sharing events

The SATAYO Community is primarily based on monthly online events and in-person events with varying frequency.

During monthly online meetings, the Würth IT Italy Threat Intelligence team organizes:

  • shared threat briefings;

  • presentations of real-world cases;

  • peer Q&A sessions;

  • developmental updates to the SATAYO platform.

During onsite meetings, the Würth IT Italy Threat Intelligence team organizes:

  • practical workshops led directly by members of the IT team or SATAYO users

  • roundtable discussions

  • networking

Trust & Information Sharing Model

TLP Context

Default: TLP:AMBER + STRICT

  • All shared content (incidents, IOCs, TTPs, lessons learned) remains exclusively within the SATAYO Community.

  • External redistribution is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

Selected physical events: TLP:CLEAR

  • During specific on-site workshops, the information context may be changed to TLP:CLEAR.

  • This will allow controlled access to companies outside the Community, fostering networking and ecosystem growth.

Types of shareable content

  • Attacks suffered or attempted (anonymized or not, at the member’s discretion)

  • Indicators of Attack (IOA) and Indicators of Compromise (IOC)

  • Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) observed

  • Defensive measures applied and their effectiveness

  • Incident response and post-incident analysis experiences
