With the Service Management capabilities offered by NetEye, you can easily manage the IT assets and services of the infrastructure, even at Enterprise level, by building on SaaS services and ticketing systems.

IT Operations

IT Operations, also known as Command Orchestrator Module, allows to execute predefined commands on remote hosts. Executing predefined commands (also remotely) on hosts without having access to them can be very useful in many situations. For example, a first level support agent using NetEye may need to restart a Windows service on a Windows host without access to it.

You can use the various command options with the Command Orchestrator to achieve specific results.

The Command Orchestrator module lets the NetEye admin define Commands and Groups of Commands which can be assigned to other non-admin NetEye users, who will then be able to execute them through the Command Orchestrator module itself.

Asset Management

The process of keeping inventory of your company’s IT infrastructure becomes easier with the solution available in NetEye.

To provide this functionality NetEye’s Asset Management Module integrates GLPI - service management software based on open source technologies. It helps you plan and manage IT changes in an easy way, solve problems efficiently, automate your business processes and gain control over your IT infrastructure.

With the tool you can collect assets from multiple devices in the monitored IT environment and list them in an inventory.
