Storage NetApp¶
The nep-storage-netapp provides common basic template to manage Storage NetApp with the monitoring plugins listed below:

This package can be installed on systems running the software described below. Systems with equivalent components are also suitable for installation.

Package requirements¶
Objects shipped with package nep-storage-netapp require the following nep:
nep-common
nep-storage-base
nep-centreon-plugins-base
nep-network-base
Setup instructions¶
To setup Package nep-storage-netapp, just use the Setup Utility:
nep-setup install nep-storage-netapp
After the installation is complete, add the support for the required Notification Channel by installing the related NEP.
Others custom steps is required for user management on storage appliance:
Using the Data ONTAP command-line interface
Logon to the Netapp system via SSH using an admin account.
Type the following command:
security login create -user icinga -application ontapi -authentication-method password -role readonly
security login create -user icinga -application http -authentication-method password -role readonly
You will be prompted for the password. The password must be a minimum of 8 characters and must contain both alphabets and numeric characters.
Use the newly created NetApp vServer user account on the Host Template properties
